Sale and trading terms
Buyer and seller business identities and contact details are not shared with each other. KOWA relays only anonymized product-related communications. The shipper receives only the final recipient details needed for delivery.
Contracting parties
The sales contract is between the seller and the buyer. KOWA does not hold the goods and acts as an intermediary for orders, communication, payment confirmation, shipment confirmation, and transaction administration.
Price and costs
The buyer-facing price includes an 8% KOWA handling fee added to the seller’s asking price. Each party bears its own bank and remittance fees.
Shipment and inspection
After payment confirmation, the seller ships by the specified deadline. The buyer checks quantity and condition on arrival and confirms inspection when no issue is found.
Non-performance and defects
For non-shipment, non-delivery, wrong goods, shortages, or material discrepancies, the transaction is generally cancelled and refunded. Replacement is not the default; a new order may be placed if needed.
Application
These terms apply to new transactions after publication. Existing orders remain subject to the conditions confirmed when placed.
