Packaging and delivery: protect each product for transport and ship directly to the consumer specified in KOWA's dispatch instruction. Report the carrier, dispatch date and tracking number after shipping.

Gift wrapping availability ^*KOWA will confirm and instruct gift wrapping for each order.Sample availabilitySamples travel from seller to KOWA, then from KOWA to the first requester. That requester pays both shipping legs. All returns go to KOWA; return and later shipping costs are confirmed separately before each loan. Buyers and sellers do not contact or ship to each other directly.

Returns and cancellations between the supplier and KOWA follow the KOWA shared inventory transaction terms. The retailer displays its terms to consumers. Describe damage, missing parts or warnings in the product specifications.
