KOWA does not disclose either party’s company name, representative, business address, phone number, email or bank details to the other party. KOWA anonymizes product-related communications. Only the final recipient’s name, delivery address and phone number are given to the shipper for delivery.

8. Seller settlement account details

Seller payout account details are used to transfer sales proceeds, verify the payee and account, and meet accounting and legal obligations. They are not shared with the counterparty. Access is limited to authorized KOWA settlement staff and financial institutions or service providers needed to make the transfer, on a need-to-know basis. We retain the details for as long as required for the transaction, accounting, or legal records. Contact KOWA to correct or change the account.
