Sample conditions
Cost and shipping
The buyer generally pays the sample price and shipping. If the seller offers a free sample, that offer applies. Dispatch timing and tracking will be notified for each request.
Opening and returns
A sample may be opened or used for inspection. Opened or used samples are generally non-returnable. Report any material discrepancy or shipping problem to KOWA.
Credit toward an order
Whether the sample price can be credited against a future order depends on the product and is shown before application.
