Trading checks

KOWA does not rely solely on statements from sellers or buyers. We combine evidence and checks appropriate to each transaction.

Seller checks

We may verify inventory photographs, product codes, quantity, dispatch date, packaging condition, and tracking information.

Buyer checks

We may verify business purpose, contact information, order details, payment information, and the condition on arrival.

Suspension

If false information, unauthorized direct dealing, non-shipment, refusal to receive, or an improper claim is identified, KOWA may hold or cancel the order, suspend access, or conduct a further review.

Evidence records

Orders, payments, shipment, tracking, arrival, inspection, claims, and actions are recorded by transaction number.
